Xanga

This has been a rather eventful summer.  My daughter Kristen visited the holy lands during May and June, before the war broke out.    On July 9th, my niece Rebecca married her love in a private setting in Colorado and has move to Bend Oregon to begin her life with Larry.  The temperatures this summer have been much above normal with a long dry spell followed by several days of heavy rain that resulted in flooding and power outages.   Kristen has taken two violin lessons from the third chair violinist in the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.  She is practicing to maintain a good position in the Wheaton Conservatory orchestra. Kristen is also is giving private lessons to young violin students during her summer vacation for some pocket money and teaching experience.
